Outstanding Appliance Repairman with Ethics…

After my client’s house inspection revealed an issue with the washing machine, I had to find a repairman able to come ASAP to fix the issue as my listing was pending inspection and under contract.  After a few phone calls, I was connected with Mark Wiseman.  Mark asked a few pointed questions on the phone and he was able to narrow down the most likely problem and estimate the cost for labor and parts. Mark effectively executed the work according to plan and in time, and while he could have charged me what he had told me on the phone he would charge, he proactively told me that the part and labor cost ended up being less than anticipated and he adjusted the invoice accordingly.
